Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks.

The price includes two minor revisions. Additional revisions will be made at a fee of $50/hr.

No, our prices are only for design services, but we can recommend some great printers! Check out Moo and Zoum.

We use and recommend GreenGeeks or GoDaddy, but there are lots of reputable hosting companies out there.

You’ll receive JPGs, PNGs, or PDFs, depending on the project and what you need to do with the files, like printing them or using them on a website or social media.

Yes, there will be a contract, but don’t worry, there won’t be anything scary in it. Contracts help both of us be clear about what’s to expect during the project.

No, we don’t offer refunds on our services or products.

Yes, we’d be glad to set up a payment plan for projects over $1000. If a payment is late, a 10% late fee will be charged for each week that it’s late.

The rights will remain with us, unless they are purchased, but you can still use the designs for whatever you’d like! You just wouldn’t be able to trademark the logo, for example, without owning the rights. Most clients wait to buy the rights until they’re ready for that step.

No, any designs (templates, stock images, etc.) you purchase may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed or used in any designs for sale. If you’d like to sell any designs with our design elements, please contact us about an extended license. With the license, any designs you sell must look significantly different than the original element, and the design may not be sold in any format where the element can be removed (like a layered Illustrator or Photoshop file, for example).

Using them in graphics for your social media posts? Perfect.

Using them in a design for a t-shirt you’re selling? Not allowed without the extended license.
